Orders are dispatched between 3 -5 days of the order first being received.

Orders made at weekends and public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 Returned goods will be accepted with prior notification (please refer to the returns procedure).
It is the responsibility of customers to ensure goods are packaged (in their original Packaging if possible) and reaches us in a re-saleable condition.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). For overseas orders the shipping costs will be added at the checkout before you purchase.

Cards are not debited until goods are ready for dispatch and will be delivered to the address of the cardholder, workplace, or alternative address where requested.

Because of the nature of the product and the manufacturing process sizes are only approximate and may vary slightly.

Nearly all the carpets in our collection are available in different sizes. Be aware that the designs in sizes smaller than 120cm x 180cm can deviate because of simplifications.

A deviation of up to 5% of the size is possible.
