The family began trading in the busy towns of Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire, our extensive ranges reflect years of trading and an experience of customer needs. We have two shops based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, and Burslem, Staffordshire and we are open by appointment only.

When you purchase with an online payment you are switched to a protx secure payment server, this is a major internet payment gateway. We protect your identity and this remains private, so when filling out the online order forms you are already connected to secure servers so your credit card details are hidden and so are your personal details. We are required by law to give this level of security and privacy. We will not use or sell any of your private data and this is protected in our system.

Please contact us and we will be happy to assist at any level of purchase and advise on availability and samples of rugs. We update our stock database daily to ensure all products displayed are available. In the unlikely event that goods are out of stock we will issue a full refund or advise on the date that these foods are returning to stock.

www.shop4rugs.co.uk If for any reason you are not happy with your rug , return it within 7 days and we will exchange it or refund the money, whichever suits you. Personalised and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will provide a replacement of the item you ordered. We do inspect all goods of this nature before despatching and all packaging is of a high standard. We recommend that packages be sent back to us with parcel-force or a company which offers a tracking system. Pleased call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the rug for you and issue a refund upon arrival. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to our warehouse. Please contact us for the returns address We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled.
We are aiming to include three images of all rugs which will display a pile view and a close up,. If for any reason you would prefer an alternative view then please contact us as we may have others available that are not at present uploaded to the site. We value repeat and return customers and feel we stand out from the rest in terms of accurate product descriptions and digital representations of the rugs. We can supply anti-slip matting if required please call our office for information on purchasing these items.
