If for any reason you are not happy with your rug,
return it within 14 days of purchase and we will
exchange it or refund the money.
Procedure For Returning Goods
* On every Bale must be a label which we can provide.
* Please make sure that the correct label is attached to the correct rug if returning more than one item.
* Please Email sales@shop4rugs.co.uk or Telephone 01782 450 161 to arrange a return and we will be happy to assist at all stages.
* Unfortunately all return postage costs are the responsibility of the
customer as we offer free delivery in the first instance. This ranges
from £7.00 up to £14.00 for larger rugs and £27.00 for extra large rugs.
Unlike other rug retailers we do not hide our terms. We advise on all
aspects of returning goods and the costs involved. We strongly
recommend when purchasing from the internet that you check the websites
policy as many state that items are non-returnable, costly to return or
display items for sale that are out of stock / discontinued.
* If you require extra packaging for the return of
goods we can supply this also for a fee of £5.00 as we do not except returns
that have been insufficiently wrapped as they may receive damage on
route.
We appreciate when shopping for home furnishings colour is important;
for this reason we have invested heavily in photography in order to
offer the highest quality images possible. Where browser settings vary
there can be a slight variance in the colours seen by the customer.
