In the event of receiving goods found to be faulty, damaged, or simply wanting to exchange then please contact us. It is our policy to inspect all goods before dispatch to ensure we are not sending out damaged items.
Unused goods can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

It is the responsibility of customers to ensure goods are packaged (in their original packaging if possible) and reaches us in a re-saleable condition.
